Someone on yahoo answers was apparently trying to ask how girls get pregnant, how babies are formed... and they can't spell. And then some other non-sequitur person came along and did a (once again, badly-spelled) anti-abortion rant.
So SomethingAwful had cavemen thingies read it aloud, with the first one in a monotone voice and the second one in an ultra-dramatic voice. And it's just randomly amusing to listen to.
