Lucas is pretty good, I might main him sometime but I already have way too many mains. T_T

Ness is okay too, but his Yo-yo's knockback is really bad and the damage isn't that great either. Really, the only way I can actually KO/knock people away with him is with his bat. PK Flash and hiting yourself with PK Thunder are good too, but they take a while and are a bad idea if your opponent is right next to you.

Ness and Lucas are both mains for me, I use Lucas more, but Ness is right behind him.

I use ness, and used to use lucas, but lucas is mained by nearly everyone. Lucas is better for most, but frankly, Ness is good when you get the hang of it. The only reason to not main him in melee is the 'recovery' move.

Ness is more of a secondary main for me, but I think it counts.

Yup, secondary mainers of Ness/Lucas also count.

Oh, and Ulti, you can use Ness' Dair to KO them, if they have enough damage. They either have to be on the ground w/ high damage, or meteor smash them.

Also, when you're trying to recover, try PK Missile-ing them if they're on the edge.

Also also, you can try to PK Fire them to death, then if they're trapped in the flames, load up your Side smash. :D
