Itīs still useless to me I never use Jigglypuff and have never searched for any walkthroughs of the B down move. |

actually for her down B, you have to hit directly the back of your opponent. Somewhat weaker than melee though :/

In melee that is. Brawl...the percentage has to be a lot higher. :/ |
