I have to put in a stupid 4-digit password, and it's not the default 0000 code either. Neither my brother or myself can remember what the password is... And no, my parents didn't set it.
What the hell am I supposed to do now? I don't want this to pop up anymore every time I put in a DVD! EVEN THE G-RATED ONES. |

You could try calling Playstation Customer Service, and have your parents call them and say that they forgot the password. Playstation might give you an idea of what to do, by maybe sending the the PS2 to the customer service, and they might reset the PS2's password that is already there. |
