I think that sending [M] things via PM and making and abandoning 2 alts isn't worth a perma-ban. Jailing you is the only punishment you deserve, if anything. And we all make mistakes and misplace our anger sometimes. It's not worth ditching the site over, or suiciding, or anything like that. |

And they were not M-rated pics... they were pics that no one should see.

I don't think something like this deserves the banhammer. Maybe some jail time, but not a ban. Especially because he owned up to it. Not only does he feel awful about it, he actually went and confessed. That's got to count for something... right?
Please give him another chance, Francis. I think he's done enough good in the past to deserve it. |

This is correct. He had the honesty to confess, and the sense to apologize.
And spamming [M] through PMs is not THAT bad if the range is kinda short. And he only did it in a short period of time. He didn't persist.
Please, Francis, I beg you pardon him. Despite that slide, he's one of our greatest members. |
