It came with the controller, the one with the plug, and some weird little gray box thing that looks like it screws into something.
EDIT: OK, the gray box is the control deck and I have no idea how to hook it up to my TV. |

if you wanna play the snes on a normal tv, you have to unplug your TV Cable chord and then screw the a/v from your snes into that plug thing on the back of your tv.
if you don't want to do that, then just buy the adaptor that turns that plug into those 3 A/V prongs that you normally use |
