That actually sounds like a good idea. Even though this isn't an MMORPG, I think regaining little bits of health every day that you are on would certainly help people who can't afford healing items.

Like I said before, I like the idea, but not that fast. Think about it. You Gooey Bomb a spammer, and they're back to full health before the week's over. You basically just cost 40 coins to temporarily hurt a spammer, and they fully heal for FREE before the week's over. Perhaps you could gain 1 HP per day, then it would slow down the recovery rate, you'd take a month to recover from a Gooey Bomb for free.

And the MP recovery rate should also be changed. at that rate, you could buy a Cracker Launcher at 40 coins, do 2 announcements, and your MP would be gone. 5 days later, you could make another announcement. 5 days after that, another announcement, 5 days, another announcement, and so on. So if everybody starts doing it, we'd have advertisements for shops or contests or "Lord Bowser got banned........for REAL this time" often. And THEN we'd grow so annoyed from the constant advertisements that we'd ignore them altogether, and then they're would be no point to using the Cracker Launcher at all since nobody pays attention to them.
