I have been very occupied today with this game.
Its a free MMOG with amazing graphics for a free MMOG. Usually, you can count the bits or polygons...
There are four playable species and at least 8 classes that I am aware of (not including the starter class, Civilian).
You can select one of the other classes as a sub-class.
You can also craft almost any equiptable item, if you have the skills, materials, and the recipe.
I am Naryu, a Slyph. Slyph are basically divine spirits incarnated.
They glide around and actually do not really touch their weapons. They 'move' around by themselves.
Naryu is a level 10 Doctor (she just started that profession) whose sub-class is Martial Artist. She's fun to play as. :3
That's her.
Maiq told me about the game and we have been playing together, running and having fun.
That's him. He is a level 15 Shaman-Wizard Sylph. Er... The pose was an accident.
He sat down while I was idling. I was looking through my inventory when he saw this and just had to take a snapshot.
Can't blame him. Its pretty cute. xD |

Forgot to mention a bit of a horror story.
Maiq and I were in the Mortuary, killing zombies, when suddenly a Lich materialized right next to us. He told me to run, but before I could, it killed me. Then it turned to him, who happened to be the second-closest player, and attacked. He was slain, but he lasted a bit longer.
After a friendly Doctor Pixie revived us, we went back down the slope to avoid getting slaughtered by randomly-materializing Lichs. It worked, but I was being chased by a couple Zombies when I was at low HP. Problem was, the zombies were having a habit of attacking me before I even selected them. So, I panicked. I ran up the slope, but as I reached the top of the hill, another Lich appeared.
I ran back down the hill, being chased by two Zombies, a Demonic Zombie, and the Lich.
Maiq somehow got in between them and me, warding them off as I continued running out of the Mortuary.
He died. I went back up to where he lay, but sadly I could not revive him. In fact, there were no Doctors around, at least none that could bring the dead back to life. And at that time, I had not yet completed the task required to become a doctor, so I was far from aquiring that skill. |

Never heard of Flyff.
But yeah, this game has pigs, pig-cows (not sure what happened there...), birds, evil bunnies (left over from Easter), Zombies, Lich, and many more types of enemies.
Cows and ducks are not enemies, though. Or at least I have not explored enough to find any.
I have only been to about.... three major areas, so far. |
