Mine is Phione! It's no manaphy, but i just got it at level 1. It's so cute, and rare too.
Next would come: My Dexoys, which i got from the same source. He had like, 3
Anyone who wants a Phione, give me your friend code, I'll give you one, they can breed...

Is Feebas still rare? Well, I got a Milotic (Caught a Feebas) and a Spiritomb (Got it off of Global Trade), and the G/S starters (Friends). I guess those are rare. I got nearly all of the regular, non-event legendaries. |

A got a milotic. Their so cool. Pure luck I caught it in my sapphire version. I didn't even know that they were rare ^^' I got a manaphy, all the starters, and um.... Two kyogre (friend) Two regirocks(friends) and that's 'bout it. |

Really, the legendaries aren't exactly rare. It's BECAUSE there's only one of them that everyone has one.
More people probably have Palkia/Dialga than Marill. |

A Phione is not rare. Anything you can breed is definitely not rare. |
