Yeah, I have to deal with a lot of Ike. Mostly because he's one of my brother's best characters.
An Ike that isn't a spammer is tricky. My advice is to not hit him while he's doing f-smash, Aether or his b. He's invincible to knockback while doing those. The only exception is that he's not invincible to knockback when charging his b, but he is while attacking with it.

I don't consider Ike overpowered anymore. He's really slow, which makes up for his strength. |

quickdraw is very fast, but it's not all that pwoerful for a heavy character attack.
when I use ike, I keep quickdraw around for faster characters, and, of course, horizontal recovery. |

He's not overpower'd, he just has an annoying spin attack move. He appeared in 2 games, which where fairly good. |
