Same thing happened to me, but with Porky.
He did his flying lazars and he hit a Green Shell and it hit him somehow. >_> |

That reminds me, before when I tried for Raygaza, he killed himself with a bomb-om RIGHT BEFORE THE TROPHY STAND HIT HIM.
I threw it, it was about to hit him and BLAM!

I have the Ridley trophy now, but here is an interesting story about one of my attempts.
I got him down to extremely low health.
Ridley: *Attacks*
Me: *Dodges*
After about 20 minutes of dodging...
Me: When will a trophy stand drop?
Ridley: Wait, you're waiting for a trophy stand?
Me: Yeah, why?
Ridley: ...*suicide*
Me: D:
Trophy stand drops.

Olawl heres a funny story today.
I was trying to get Tabuu. I was Wolf first and I got the trophy stand. Then Tabuu KNOCKED me off the stage and I tried to recover but failed and I fall WITH the trophy stand. Then I was Fox and I died already with the ring attack. Then I was Falco and Tabuu was low on health. I was waiting for a trophy stand when out of nowhere a MR. SATURNS came somehow it hit Tabuu and he died. o.o
Another one I accidently killed Porky and just as he was about to die a Trophy Stand came. Second time I finally got him though :3 |

I was trying to get Ridley's trophy, and I got him down to a sliver of health, but I was on my last stock, and at, like 200% or so as well. So then, Ridley does that thing when he grinds his tail along the floor of the stadium, and I was in the air at the time, so I had to air dodge. Aparentally, this picks up the screw attack under me which I was very careful not to get. A trophy stand appears while Ridley is grinding his tail a second time. I jump to dodge the attack.
