Ok, since I (rather embarrasingly) lost in my first round of Francis' tournament, I decided to make my own, primarily for people who don't make it to the top in Francis's tournament. The prize is 160 coins.
Thi one is based on skill, so you won't lose because of some random pokemon. The rules are:
3-stock
No items EXCEPT smash ball, on low appearance.
Permitted stages: Battlefield, Final Destination, Smashville, Lylat Cruise, Yoshi's Island, Pokemon Stadium (Melee)
All first matches are to be completed within two weeks of the day the tournament begins. After those two weeks, you will have two more weeks to fight your next opponent.
Anyone who doesn't play within the time alloted will be disqualified. So, make sure to set up a time with your opponent!

Well, I can't edit teh tournament, and by default, they start when you get all of the needed players. I can't really fix that. |
