Okay, what exactly IS it? I heard it had somethingg to do with high stats, so I might try it. Can anyone inform me on it? |

A Pokemon can have 510 EVs in total, with a maximum of 255 in any given stat. Every 4 EV points gained gives 1 extra point in the stat once the Pokemon reaches level 100. Every Pokemon has an assigned EV value that will be gained if that Pokemon is defeated. For example, a Starly will give out 1 EV point in Speed. Calcium, Carbos, etc. give 10 EV points; however, they cannot be used if the total EVs in the stat are already 100 or above.
Pokerus doubles the EVs earned in battle. However, it doesn't have any effect on the maximum amount of EVs your Pokemon can earn.

So... I can maximize a Pokemon's stat if it has Pokerus and has been fed maz amount of Carbos/Iron, ect.? |

At level 100, a Pokemon with Pokerus will have no difference between a Pokemon without Pokerus. In addition, Carbos/Iron, etc. will only work when the stat's EV value is under 100. After that, you'll simply have to train with the correct Pokemon.
