Captain N (with Samus replacing MegaMan and Simon Belmont, since those two are Third Party Characters), Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros, and the Game Boy stories, which tell of Tatanga using a man with his Game Boy to overthrow the Earth, and it's up to a boy with Mario to save the day.
