Everything should be PSI, not PK. I don't know where Sakurai got PK, but there's no such thing. It's PSI and that's that.
PSI flash, already in the game, so I'm happy.
Up B: Teleport. It can move any direction it BOOM BASSA WANTS, and if used directly on you, it works like Luigi's up B when you use it directly on an opponent. Note that if used on the ground, It'll be PSI teleport B, so it won't smash into anyone.
Side B: PSI Rockin' alpha. Not Omega, that's his final smash. It can be charged for about ten seconds to be PSI Rockin Gamma, but you cannot grasp the true form of PSI Rockin' Omega. Note the attack is laggy, so it does have the excuse to be a LITTLE strong.
Alpha: Afew flashy lights launched from Ness followed by an explosion. Not too powerful.
Beta: after five seconds charge, It's flashy lights, followed by a ring that tightens on the enemy, and asplodes on them. Pretty powerful, but not a threat if you're cautios.
Gamma: Don't let him charge it up to this. Just please don't. Rays of multicolored light, unlike the flashy lights, these go in a straight line, and deplete the KABLAMO! It could probably KO you at 20 percent, and if you have no percent, it'd probably bring it up to 40, but 10 seconds is alot. Just don't ignore any Ness players. They WILL get revenge. Ya know what, maybe I should get revenge on you guys if you ever ignore me agai-shot-
Down B: PSI shield. Not the one he already uses, that's PSI magnet. PSI shield would deal half the damage given when he has it up, and covers both front, and back, and he can hold it as long as he wants. But projectiles, and grabbing put an end to anyone who just holds that move and expects to be an obstacle.
Final smash. PSI ROCKIN OMEGAAAAAAAA!
Wait, I can't grasp the true form of this attack. I don't have it in urfbund yet.... yeah, I'll be back on that when I'm level 75. |

It doesn't matter. This is the american version, and nothing can change that.
And also, play earthbound and say the moveset he has makes sense. |

Fine, than replace Ness with Poo. He has all of Poo's moves, and PSI Flash can easilly just be made into PSI freeze.
There really is no point in giving Ness paula/poo's moves.

Teleport would have made a good final smash, too...
Like, Ness runs foward, and if he crashes into someone, KABOOM!
Also that moveset you gave him is waaay overpowered. |

PK Flash is an attack.
From what I remember, so is PK Thunder.
Don't remember about PK Magnet...
PK Fire is.
PK Starstorm is PK Rockin with the name Starstorm, isn't it?
He just uses them in unique ways that aren't boring. PLUS, he's overpowered. You have to admit, you guys would hate me more if he had this moveset. >_> |
