How do you turn a picture into an Icon?
And by icon, I'm talking about the pictures used like the IE one is the E, and the Firefox one is an earth with a fox around it, and folders are folders.
How do you convert .png/gif/other picture type file into this? :/ |

The converter is bad... it turns my images into extremely sloopy blobs, even if I make it 32x32. :< |
