M'aiq does not like this project. The idea is to do all this budgeting shit in two class periods, and somehow spend $15,000-20,000 on the entire thing. M'aiq has chewed his way through most of the list and has only blown about $5,000. Let's hope there are some expensive tuxedos and honeymoons...  |

The class has 6 students. Five of them are girls. Needless to say, hopefully for M'aiq's safety, we are all doing it solo. |

I had to do that project. It was a Catholic Highschool (but if I remember correctly, the Middleschool/Highschool I went to for Middle School had that same sort of project for the highschool seniors too) so we had the project in Religion class.
My lazy-ass partner did NOTHING. I did all the damn work! Well... My half. He didn't even show up the last day of class so I presented it myself, blamed him for not doing his share of the work, and then said that I had divorced him a week after the marriage. Everyone laughed, as they had all seen my outburst one day when we were working on the project in class. I yelled at him for not doing his work. He said he was, but all he did was riffle through a couple foodmarket flyers and badly cut out fake-money. And when he 'proposed', it was the last day of proposing and he just stood up and said "Hey Mel, wanna get married?" I forced myself to say yes, just so that we could move on with the project. I mean, one person asked their partner during the PROM! Stood up on the DJ's stage, picked up the mic, and proposed then and there. Another person set up the room to look like a two-person dinner with candles and everything... I got the laziest guy in the class. >_<
I did the math. I did our budgetting. I did 'paid' the bills. I found a house. I made the board depicting our budgets, bills, and everything. I looked up reasonably priced wedding supplies. I made the wedding invitations. I did all the damn work.
Lazy bum.
I hope I never end up in the same situation for real. |

I had to take Career Connections earlier in the year, and that class had projects dealing with household budgeting and horrible partners. Well, one of my partners was actually pretty good. But, I laugh at all you college and high school kids. |

Kinda blew it anyway, M'aiq didn't know he had to print out pictures of the wedding rings, outfits, and honeymoon place. |
