If a woman doesn't want a baby, it's her choice. Not her family's, not the doctor's, not the government's, and certainly not yours or mine. |

Since 90% of our generation consists of a bunch of a-holes, I actually think that abortion is fine for this generation, because look at how we treat society. We don't want more a-holes than ever before. It's like the whole vampire thing. One vampire bites, produces two, then four, then sixteen and so on, but on a larger scale. |

My belief is the same as yours, Lord Crump.
I am pro-choice. I'll add that I support stem cell research. Stubborn ignorance and "traditional values" should not be allowed to hinder the advancement of mandkind, in my personal opinion.
I also support this quote.

In cases where the pregnancy was unwanted and/or in cases where the birth can cause health complications, I'm pro-choice, but for population control? Now, if I took what you said in the wrong sense, please elaborate. Even if all unwanted pregnancies are ended, there will still be overpopulation. I disagree, for it will be taking away natural human rights; namely, the right to procreate. There are other ways to prevent overpopulation, such as promoting education and/or discouraging large families (but not making them illegal). They may be less effective, but they wouldn't be outlawing a right that should belong to humans everywhere.

Except for the fact that I'm against what I call "regular" abortions. |

Exactly.
Also, for the argument that the abortion should only be had when there was *crag*, it is illogical for this. A legal *crag* case could take several months, adding the time before the lawsuit. The woman would already be in her third trimester, which is way, way, way too far into the process, and the case about the life of the child is meaningless.
Also, if teen parents are not responsible enough to use safe sex methods, think of how responsible they will be to care for the life of another human being. |

I am 100% for the choice of the mother. I really have no compassion for the child, whatever the mother wants should happen. |

Isn't it just a bit unfair to let a single woman have pleasure in a way that helps the entire world going worse?
Besides, you are right about not encouraging it, but some people nowadays are so selfish that they can help the overpopulation just for their own benefit. In my country, for example, poor people receive a sum of money every time they have a kid. So, the poor guys entertain themselves in a pervy way, get the money, and don't give a damn about the child. And the president, on the other way, gets reelected by those poor people. |

And thus has the right to NOT HAVE TO LIVE IN A HOME WHERE THEY'RE UNWANTED.
... and LC, I don't know where you got the idea that someone thought abortion should be mandatory. No one said that. o_0 |

I believe that anything that is fertilised is a developing human, no matter if it can feel pain or not, Humans are Humans. And killing them for any reason is just horrible. Seriously, if you were a fetus in a womb, would you like to live?
