...I think there should be a COURT before AND after a person's jail-time. I was thinking that there would be a topic where the USERS THEMSELVES WILL POST if they think the person should go to jail and if so for how long. After a certain amount of time, you will decided based on the posts on what to do. |

I could see having court AFTER being jailed, but I don't think it needs a dedicated forum. The jailed user could even choose a lawyer, who could visit the jail to discuss with his client. But its all probably a waste of time, because I don't put people in jail for no reason.
I have thought about having a strike system... so you do anything against the rules, i give you a strike. When you go so many strikes, you are jailed for a short time. The next time, it's more time.
Maybe I can even allow others to hand out strikes, like a reporting system. |
