We should be able to browse the prison fourm to talk to the people in jail. Then we can make fun of them like "How's the view from your cell? HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!" or just talk to them, to discuss stuff and whatnot, or ask how they got in jail, because they can't send PMs. This would also make sure people don't want to go to jail, like when the underwhere opened up.
