Yeah figured this would've happened. Thats why I cut down on my posting. First off, it's not flamebait. It's a joke. A JOKE (Oh, forgot you people don't know what that is). Second, I've had five pets die, three of which I had to manhandle and bury myself. Two of which were dogs. So I'm sure I know how he feels. But whatever. |

You said it about something that actually happened.
Clearly, that's strikeable, if not jailable.
I call guilty on this.

It was inappropriate for the topic, and completely unnecessary.
Also, "Cruel" is not a valid reason for a strike. It also falls more under "Spam" than "Flamebait", in my opinion. |

Yes, it was a joke.
A cruel and insensitive one. someone you love that died is a very heart tugging sad event, and the LAST thing you would want would be having some person tell a bad joke about the death. A normal joke to cheer them up would be fine, but making a joke about the dogs death? That is just rubbing salt into the wound. Somthing as cruel as that should totaly desirve the small punishment of a strike. |

The joke was out of place, dark for the time the topic was made, and not even original.
However, this isn't intentional flamebait, and "cruel" isn't an actual, valid charge.
With the current charges for this strike, he's not guilty. |
