Oh man. Where to begin.

You've got your generic video game plot. Evil villain, 100 or so of a collectible item that later unlocks a bonus, (In this case, an extended boss battle. Ugh.) big boss fight, credits.

For a GameCube game, it has rather smooth graphics. But some of those graphics are nothing more than 2-D effects, like the food in SSBM. There are pretty, well-shaded environments. Too bad they sometimes VANISH.

For example, Crop Circle County. After you get to the portal, exit, return, and make a full lap around the level, it up and vanishes. You are standing on NOTHING.
This also happens in Jurassic Jungle and the Dragon Home. When this happens in the Dragon Home, a bunch of weird stuff happens.
There's also a swim everywhere glitch, a proxy jump, and insanely long loading screens.

Overall, I give this game a 2 out of 10. Bland plot line, annoying glitches, long loading screens, but you just gotta keep playing. You feel a need to point out all of this game's shortcomings. I think I have accomplished just that.

So, what game should I review next? Any suggestions?

Spyro and Crash are the Harold and Kumar of gaming mascots. They don't fit in with anyone and it's hilarious to watch them try and fail over and over again.

Go see Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay, in thearters this Friday.

I wasn't payed to do this.

But the first three Spyro games were good. The graphics were primitive, but the games were good.

Spyro just doesn't cut the "Play as a dragon" game I always wanted.
I want to roam lands and lash out on people, not blow bubbles to catch dragonflies.
