Update: I'm still very *crag*ing tired, since in order to get to the play on time, we had to wake up at like 4 am. And the bus didn't get back to our school until ELEVEN PM. As for the play? It was good.

Turns out the R button may be permanently broken unless I can find a tri-wing screwdriver and open up the Joy Con. Still, that's not too bad.

I looked it up, and I found it to be a pretty common solution. I don’t have a tri-wing screwdriver, so I couldn’t open it up, but this was able to knock some contact point back into place.
