I got Factions for Christmas, and I just got to Kaineng City. It seems as if every enemy has an Elite Skill, and they're all level 20. I'm level 14.
What do I do? Do I go back to Shing Jea Island and train or stay here? |

Do some optional quests on Shing Jea. You can get to about level 16 or 17 by doing those. And by the way, talk to Imperial Agent something-or-other in Kaineng Center, and he'll tell you to do a REALLY easy quest for 3k exp. It involves killing 3 Jade Brotherhood members for Guild Capes. And, if you accept the quest after that, the Am Fah don't attack you. |

Hmm... Well, I'm level 18 now, so it's alot easier.
I did that quest, and the ones after that, and they still attack me... |
