Well I dont really think you have to do it in the Mario World. In the movie Super Mario Bros, Daisy was born in an egg remember? And even though Peach isn't actually Bowser Jr's "Mama" she for some reason believed Bowser Jr when he said she was his mama even though she didn't remember doing it with bowser or being pregnant...*beep*
