Since we's can change OUR user-names after thirty days, how about we be allowed to change OTHER people's user-names after thirty days as well?
Say that I change Flavio's name to Pizza-Head. Flavio'd get an e-mail (Whether they want it or not) saying his new user name is "Pizza-Head," and I wouldn't be able to change ANYBODY'S user-name, even my own, until thirty days.

but there would need to be limits in place so that one person doesn't keep getting renamed by different people

It would need to be somewhat easily changes such as where if it is used on you, you would only need to pay half price to change it back. Also, the time limit wouldn't be there for the person it is used on. |

Sounds like a good idea. Although, I think that the person's name should change back to normal after a certain amount of time. |
