how come when they eat and get fat 10 seconds later they aren't fat anymore? and whats up with patamon he can only evolve 2 times stronger

Well, you'll notice only Agumon/Gabumon can digivolve to Mega in 01, with Paildramon digivolving to mega in 02. However, both times an odd event caused it.
Imperialdramon: I do believe this was one Azulongmon's Digi-cores that gave him the power boost.
Agumon/Gabumon: The whole "Prophecy" thing.
In addition, MagnaAngemon is much more powerful then your average Ultimate(Putting up a fight against BlackWarGreymon, which Paildramon, Slilphymon, Angemon + all the sea Digimon couldn't really hold off). |
