No Bee Movie was HORRIBLE!

I've been known to never fall asleep if the a movie is on. I've been known to stay up on a plane trip at 2 o'clock in the morning watching Nacho Libre without the sound. That's desperate. Anyway I fell asleep because I couldn't take it anymore. My whole family fell asleep. It's one of those over-hyped up movies that they know is bad so they go over-the-top on advertisement hoping that ticket sales will make up for it. Yes, it had alot of actors and famous people, but the storyline was a drag. Really bad, too repetitive and it didn't keep your attention.

The basic idea was to inform people on what would happen if the honey bees stopped or were wiped out. It goes along with the one something Bee Syndrome in which the honey bees are dying and dissapearing. That's a good idea, but it was executed wrongly. Too stupid. You don't know if the bee is thinking of a part or if he's actually doing it. The parts that seem more of a dream (absolutely stupid and unreal- even for a movie) are real, but it's portrayed in dream-ish way. Some people may like it, but according to my family, it sucked worse than a group of starving leeches that havn't ate for 6 months.

I might've went to see this movie, but probably wasn't.

I could tell it wasn't gonna be a really good movie, though. But now I guess it's just BAD.

Frankly, judging by the previews and such, it looked horrible.

The previews are for the little kids to pester their parents into taking them to see the movie. They do that with practically ALL animated movies. For example, Ratatouille (or however you spell it). I loved this movie, and almost all of Pixar's movies, even though the previews sucked.

EDIT: I meant previews. Damn whoever made up the words; a one letter difference screws everything.

M'aiq saw that last week.
One of M'aiq's teachers gets pirated DVD's and showed us Bee Movie 2 weeks ago. It was alright, it had it's funny moments.

XD Your teacher rocks. There wasn't too many funny moments in it. It was cute, but lacked a supporting storyline. It seemed to go on forever.

As for reviews, Normally it's just what people like. Game Plan got 20% on rotten tomatoes while the Bee Movie got 90%. We loved the Game Plan and got a good laugh, but the Bee Movie justs plain sucked. Reviews aren't always reliable, so if you want to see a movie, go ahead and see it.

Me Grimlock hate Dreamworks. They make one good CG film (Shrek 1) and they think that they next Pixar.

I just saw it today with my Dad and 6-year old half brother. It was either this, or "Mr. Magoriums Wonder Emporium".

I didn't think it was that bad, but I've seen MUCH better...
