I'm trying to catch a Drifbloon, but it never shows up! I just beat Mars a few minutes ago, I changed the date to the 8th (which is a Friday, FYI), and I tried changing the time to 12 AM, and the damn thing STILL doesn't show up!! WHAT DO I DO?!? |

Drifloon will show up in the Valley Windworks after you've beaten Mars there,
but only on Fridays. It appears in a sprite-form, just like any other NPC or
person does, and not in the tall grass.
Again, Drifloon only appears on Friday. If you change the clock on your DS to
be Friday, it won't work either, because Diamond and Pearl makes you wait an
extra 24 hours for any time-based events if you mess with the clock.
If you really need one badly, your best bet is to set the DS clock to Thursday
afternoon and then waiting a day.
If you miss out in fighting the Trainer in the Hearthome Gym that has a
Drifloon in her team, you will have to see this wild Drifloon in order to
complete your Sinnoh Dex, or will have to trade with someone who has one.
One Drifloon will appear every Friday, so you can catch more than one.

I found this at GameFAQs but I'm not sure how totally accurate it is. What I mean is that I messed with the DS clock and it still appeared at a normal time for me, but it sounds like the situation that your in so just follow his instructions and you should be able to get it. |

nfortunately, my wi-fi is a piece of crap, and kills my computer every time i put the piece of shit in. But can you tell me what time you set it to? |

I got one! Last night I changed it back to thursday and the real time, and I waited overnight, and when I woke up it was there! |
