I think that we need a digikitchen...

...

...

You can stop laughing at me now, because I have thought of a way for it to work without it becoming a way of getting an endless supply of coins.

First of all, it would only be usable once a day (or once a week, or three times a day, whichever Francis sees as the best choice). It would have two sections, a cooking section, and a recipe section. In the cooking section, you would select one or two ingredients (a special item might be required for cooking two ingredients) and a cooking method. The cooking methods would vary and might be able to result in different items being created. After cooking the item/items, the resulting item gained would appear in the recipe section. In the recipe section, it'll be possible to see the things that you have made in the digikitchen. If you select an item in the recipe section, you'll find a list of all of the different ways to create that item.

There are also a few other ideas that I have for the digikitchen.
1. Have the different cooking methods require special items.
2. Have a chance of getting a mistake regardless of what the recipe was. It might be a good idea to remove any daily limit on the digikitchen's uses if this idea is used.
3. A cookbook item...

So here's a few items that would have to do with the digikitchen.

Blender
Allows the use of the "blend" cooking method in the digikitchen.

Stove
Allows the use of the "bake" cooking method in the digikitchen.

Frying Pan
Allows the use of the "fry" cooking method in the digikitchen. It can also be used to smack a user upside the head, but doing that will break the frying pan.

Cookbook
Tells you one random recipe and disappears.

Mistake
Recover 1 HP.
Price: 1 coin

So what does everyone think of the idea?

Why the different cooking methods?
And as an example, what do you get when you combine a hotpocket with a red potion? (red potion already restores all HP, what would be the benefit?)

I suppose that the different cooking methods wouldn't be neccesary. I had mostly meant for them to be there as a way of allowing the possibility of a certain combination of items to have more than one way of being combined.

There is always the mistake item. But if you want something that would actually be useful, I would guess that a good idea for the result would be...

Red Hotpocket
Description: You not hungry for red potion. You hungry for red hotpocket!
Action: Normally recovers 10 HP. If used on someone who's browsing The Dump, it will recover 100 HP instead. After being used, it becomes a half red hotpocket.

Half Red Hotpocket
Description: This red hotpoket has had half of it eaten, but you're still hungry for it.
Action: Normally recovers 10 HP. If used on someone who's browsing The Dump, it will recover 100 HP instead.
Image: The image chosen for the red hotpocket but half of it is missing

There are even a few items already in the shops that could be used as the resulting item from using the digikitchen. There's the blue potion, a few colors of spray paint, and the 24k bar, all three of which could be created by combining items that are already able to be purchased. Maybe a healing mushroom could be cooked by itself to create the mushroom pie.

I also have a few more suggestions.

1. Only have the limited uses of the digikitchen if it's possible to get an item that can be sold for more than what the ingredients for it had cost.

2. Maybe the cooking of the items can be done like a minigame or something.

3. Do the items made in the digikitchen have to show up in a shop?

I like the idea.

*Dream sequence*
Shovel Pocket

Once used, it gets smashed in the enemies mouth doing 20 damage, and knocks their teeth out.

*Dream sequence ends*

Some recipies could use some thinking, though.

The digikitchen would be used for more than just combining items. It should be able to upgrade them too. For example: cake mix could become cake.

Cake Mix
Description: Everything needed to bake a cake.
Action: recovers 1 HP
Price: 10 coins

Cake
Description: Are you going to have your cake or eat it?
Action: recovers 5 HP
Price: 20 coins

Oh, and don't forget about the mistake item.

Sounds like a great idea. The different cooking methods is probably a bad idea, though.

I also like the idea... Though, unlike most the other people, I think it'd be better to have the multiple ways of cooking. It would be nice, what with having multiple combinations with the same ingredients.
