It’s a minor thing, but having to press forward on the d-pad while moving is a big deal for some gamers. In Sonic 4 this slight change to how the physics were handled was a big deal to long time fans of the series, probably even more so than the color of Sonic’s eyes. [...]

People complain about the eyes?

Nobody really cared that much about the colored eyes for god's sake

except for maybe the extreme diehards but who gives a shit about their opinion

also a physics failure where you can stand on walls and lose all momentum in the air if you're not holding the D-Pad can hardly be classified as "minor"

I think people are just glad that they shat out a sonic game that didn't rip, break, and tear through the vaginal crevices of chance that would determine if their game was completely unbearable or not. I mean you gotta give the *crag*ers credit, thats a step up from what sonic usually ends up being, also the physics failures mentioned aren't even really that bad unless you were expecting the game to be some sort of perfect divine sonic 2 hybrid, lighten up shitheads.

BUT A PERFECT DIVINE SONIC 2 HYBRID IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS EXPECTING SDLKGADFGLHFGJHDFGJKHGA
but in seriousness I was expecting physics that at the very least made sense.

You can't expect a good game, though.
