Surprise, surprise...Activision has won the rights to the domain ModernWarfare3.com. As we reported on awhile back, the site was owned by someone that was promoting Battlefield 3 on the site, but he has since lost the domain in a ruling. Now Activision is clear to promote Modern Warfare 3 on a domain of the same name.
