How do they give you a penis.
Haven't done that yet and probably won't because current surgical methods suck. They basically take some skin from somewhere else on your body (usually the arm so you also have a giant scar there), turn it into a penis shape, and sew it on. It doesn't work and doesn't look natural at all. Maybe if they've thought up something better in 20 years.
Being on Testosterone does that already, so...
