SEGA has updated their official blog with more screens for Rhythm Thief and the Emperor's Treasure, like the one above. They've also included this bit of information.

Rhythm Thief and The Emperor’s Treasure hits Nintendo 3DS on April 5th in Europe and July 10th in North America.

Looks like the retailer listings we posted were unfortunately spot-on.
