REPORT - Activision, Electronic Arts Settle Modern Warfare Claims
Activision Blizzard Inc. (ATVI) and Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) settled claims over the game “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.”
The companies said at a hearing today in California state court in Los Angeles that they will file a settlement agreement in court. The judge presiding over the case denied Activision’s bid to delay a trial over claims in a lawsuit brought by two creators of the video game.
