Nintendo has already said that they'll be pushing digital in a big way with Wii U and 3DS. We know that there are going to be dual digital/retail releases for big games. What we're hearing now is that you'll actually be able to purchase some of those games via your phone.

No word on whether this is a website you can access or an app for your phone, but something like this certainly makes sense. Maybe something along the lines of a QR code that will take you right to your purchase? You could even let titles pre-load...if Nintendo really wants to go all out! Thanks to all that sent this in.
