I noticed the same thing on my Wii U browser. It's like it just doesnt load any recent posts, like it's cached or something.

Perhaps if I clear my phones cache and set it to not make any new caches it'll work again. Weird thing is it was working up until recently. What changed?

Nope didn't work. Maybe if you clear out the actual chat it'll work again.
