But the entire new wasteland a San Bernardino be rife with factional conflicts, 'n oh goodness also there be this: “The vision a Fallout 2 will be honoured by Project Brazil. Project Brazil be a quieter, more harsh 'n severe world than Fallout 3 or New Vegas. It feels like a real place spotted with rare moments a absurdity 'n fear, split between multiple rising civilizations all trying t' fight for what they want or need in a world recovering from the Great War.” YARRRR.
