Aliens: Colonial Marines is one of the shadier game development stories to hit in awhile. This was supposed to be the be all/end all of Aliens games. We went from dazzling demos and excited devs to a sloppy presentation and half-hearted product. What happened every step of the way isn't clear, but we can easily see that Gearbox did quite a bit of deception.
