I wrapped up Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate last night. While the game features familiar Castlevania characters, they are all part of a story that pertains to just the Lords of Shadow universe. That means any of the story elements you see in the Lords of Shadow series doesn't apply to the pre-existing Castlevania universe.

With all that said, I really enjoyed Mirror of Fate's story. Had a few twists and turns in it. Some you see coming, others you might not. I thought I'd put together a Vine video showing off my surprise.

I do note state nor show any spoilers in this video. I simply hint at story elements. You'll have to play the game to find out what's up!
