Ancel talked about working with the GamePad on Rayman Legends, specifically the touchscreen elements. The GamePad touch screen works better with a stylus than a finger press, which lead Ancel to say, "to me, it's not very natural to play with the stylus. I think most of the kids now are more comfortable with tablets, they use their fingers. So we did some special developments to interpolate what the player is doing. It's more accessible than most of the other Wii U games."
