Not as much effort as you think. I have one of the older 360s so it was pretty easy to mod. as for pirating the actual games that doesn't take much effort either. Just downloading from 7 megaupload links, extracting the split .rars and burning the iso to a dvd. I've managed to download 5+ games in one night.
