Have you seen Awesomenauts? Because it looks, well, sort of awesome. Developer Ronimo Games has released a new trailer for the game, highlighting Sheriff Lonestar, one of Awesomenauts' playable characters.
Awesomenauts is a multiplayer online battle arena (or MOBA) title, similar to League of Legends, where each character has special abilities and attempts to break through enemy defenses. The big difference is that Awesomenauts takes the genre to 2D and adds a 1980s Saturday morning cartoon vibe. The game is scheduled to be released sometime this year on PSN and XBLA.
