- method of Mega Evolution is through a button in the attack interface
- this only happens when your Pokémon has the Mega Stone attached to it
- ride on a Skiddo on a rout
- you can also ride a Rhyhorn
- battle Professor Sycamore, where you use Mega Evolution
- battle Shauna & the other playable character
- Fennekin has the moves Psybeam, Flame Charge, Fire Spin and Tail Whip
- Mega Evolution battle has you face off against Chandelure, Dragonite and Crobat with Mega Mewtwo
- Helioptile has Tail Whip, Thundershock, Quick Attack & Parabolic Charge
- Sylveon has Swift, Quick Attack, Fairy Wind & Tail Whip
- Froakie has Water Pulse, Quick Attack, Lick and Round
- start off with Alexa telling you to go see Professor Sycamore
- battle your rival (with a time limit) on the way there
- once you get to Professor Sycamore, he will give you Mewtwo and teach you about Mega Evolution
- after this, he'll battle you
- running is default, hold B to walk
- in the Pokémon Amie feature, there are three stats listed for your Pokémon; Friendliness, Hunger and Play
- when encountering Pokemon the field, your character kneels down to encounter them
- Mega Mewtwo doesn't have an increase in Hit Points
- non-Kalos Pokémon such as Skitty and Exeggutor make an appearance in the overworld
- Fairy-type moves are also not very effective on Fire-type Pokémon

Pokémon X & Y - Japanese Experience Events

- demo will focus upon Mega Evolutio
- August 20th and 21st, the games will be playable in Aeon Malls in Ishinomaki, South Niigata, Kasukabe, Dainichi and Lake Town Mori
- August 24th and 25th, the games will be playable in the Aeon Malls in Hassamu Sapporo, Fujinomiya, Takanohara, Kurashiki and Haebary
- August 31st and September 1st, the games will be platable at the Aeon Mall Musashi Murayama in Tokyo, and the Aeon Mall in Fukuoka

Pokémon X & Y - Soundtrack Details



- Japan is getting a retail release on November 13th
- 2,625 Yen.

- lasts for over 3 and a half hours

- Blazikenite is not found within normal gameplay
- Mega Evolutions are temporary in battle
- not all Pokémon will have Mega Evolutions
- the Master Tower has a connection to Mega Evolutions
- stat increases confimed, with MegaLucario's Attack being higher
- MegaAbsol has increased Attack & Speed
- Super Training will increase Pokémon's "Kiso" Points
- next CoroCoro will feature new Pokémon, new Mega Evolutions and a type chart featuring the Fairy-type

- MegaMawile is Steel/Fairy-type, as is normal Mawile
- MegaMawile has the ability Huge Power
- MegaBlaziken has Speed Boost
- MegaLucario has Adaptability
- MegaAbsol has the ability Magic Bounce
- MegaMewtwo has the ability Insomnia
- MegaAmpharos is Electric/Dragon and has the ability Mold Breaker
- they "evolve" through a process called "Mega Evolution"
- Pre-evolution of Gogoat is called Meekuru (メェークル)
- It is a Grass-type and is 0.9m and 31.0kg
- Electric/Fairy-type called Dedenne (デデンネ) that is 0.2m and 2.2kg
- it is the Antenna Pokémon and has the abilities Pick Up and Cheek Pouches
- Rabbit is a Normal-type called Horubii (ホルビー) that is 0.4m and 5.0kg
- it is the Digging Pokémon and also has the abilities Pick Up or Cheek Pouches

- new character is shown called Koruni
