Okay, today is my brother's birthday. What does he get? A silver PSP with Daxter, included is a 1GB memory stick.
What did I get for MY birthday? A hand-me-down laptop from my dad that's about 5 years old. The screen flickers, it's ass-slow, it always says it has a great connection to the internet, even in areas where there is no signal. It can't play games any higher than MapleStory's graphics, and it gets the blue screen of death randomly for no reason.
...I'm so mad right now. Seriously, my parents think this hunk of junk will last me through college? That's 5 years from now until I graduate from college. 5 years. I'd rather have a PSP and buy my own fecking laptop.
For ONCE I wish my parents would just stop thinking about my future and start paying attention to the life I'm living NOW. |

Well, if I SOLD the laptop I'd have enough. But my brother offered to let me start a file on Daxter, so I'm eased up a bit. XD |

I played Daxter a bit. It's mediocre, IMO. If you like obligatory mazes in every dungeon ((I remember it that way)) You'll love it. I hate it, I like beat em ups, RPGs, Fighters, and several games on nNwgrounds. Newgrounds is heaven for free games. |

Well it came with teh PSP, so I might as well play it. And sooner or later I'm gonna give him a big bundle of SNES games for him to play on it, just cuz I'm feeling like giving.  |
