I'm thinking of making a weapon that has high damage but uses almost 10 MP to use but I need to know which number to stop at

It would need to do 41-50 damage to use 10 MP.

you mean place 41-50 in the HP box and the item will cost 10 MP

Nope, the most damage you can do for 10MP is -33
33*1.5 = 49.5 Coins
49.5 / 5 = 9.9 MP
