Try listening to some music. That's what helps me get to sleep. |

Just lie in bed, comfy, and think about things that you like. If that doesn't work, get some lullabyes. I suggest Cloud Ships (it's a tape) |

You may be getting sick with a flu.
Otherwise, it could be a sleep disorder, or you could just be stressed or anxious. |

Meh. I'm the only one I know that it takes about an hour to fall asleep. I count the ticking of my clock. That helps sometimes. I usually get to about ten thousand before I begin to drift... |

I have the same problem (but without the sweating). The problem is that you were too used tosleeping early, and now you are sleep late. Try sleeping earlier. |

Maybe you just have too much energy before bedtime?
Try getting in some regular activity throughout the day. You'll actually feel tired when you go to bed, and get to sleep faster. |

I usually tire myself if I can't sleep. I usually wake up 5 or 6 times every night. |

I can't fall asleep unless there's a TV on in the room. I'm scared of the dark and can't sleep unless there's some kind of semi-bright light. Try having some kind of noise in the background, it'll help. White noise is the best. |

It could be insomnia. I have it.
I only sleep three or four hours because of it, WHEN I sleep. |

Like Para said, if you're active during the day it will help you fall asleep at night. Also, are you under any stress? Depressed, or worried about something? |
