It was a low turnout for Playstation Portable games this year, but there were still some great games to be had. The 2008 nom-nom-nominees are:
God of War: Chains of Olympus - a prequel set before the original God of War third-person action adventure game for PS2.
Patapon - combines gameplay features of rhythm games, real-time tactics and God games. You command an army of mini-tribal creatures by beating traditional talking drums.
Crisis Core : Final Fantasy VII - an action role-playing game prequel to Final Fantasy VII
Echochrome - a game where a mannequin figure traverses a rotatable world where physics and reality depend on perspective, inspired by M.C. Escher's artwork.
Space Invaders Extreme - a re-vamped version of the classic arcade game that retains it's charm, but with faster-paced gameplay |
