...Can think of a good scheme that I could use on MM. The best gimmick wins 200 coins to the creator of the gimmick. It can't be the coin and shop and battle systems, because those are Digi's things. This needs to be original.

Here's the thing: You have to go there, challenge a user to a fight (even the dead can participate, lol) You start off at 100 HP. You have the option to: Attack or Run. How do you attack? Hit the attack button, and you will do a random amount of damage to the opposing fighter (the random damage is below 21, lol). If you hit the run button... well duh, you run away and forfiet the match. If you can defeat the other fighter, you earn 15 coins. If you lose... you know what happens. You don't lose any of your health if you are defeated in the arena. And, if you win/lose, you get a badge administering a fact of your win/loss. That's pretty much the basics. Here's an advanced thing: If you win 5 times without losing, you get an extra option: Cast Spell. You basically hit the button, and a list comes up. It has the following spells: Fireball, Void (like from SPM), and Death Summon. That's the entire thing, explained. |

An upgrade system for said battle system. Similar to the tempering system of Legend of Mana, where you can compound various items on gear for different effects.
Or a menu, where you have your "Armor" and "Armor Properties". In the "Armor Properties", you could place items in for different effects.
And if you're using Java to make this, you'd need an object class called Player. Which would include a method called "Fight", "Attack", and "Flee".
And really, what is this "MM"? |
