Updated prices, and new lots of things!
I'll make an emoticon of anything you want me to, but for a price.
Every emoticon costs OVER 9000! 5 coins, and if you get 3, it's 12 coins (6 is 24 coins, 9 is 36 coins, etc.) I can make an animated emoticon, but that's an extra coin per 2 frames (Not including the first one)

 Cudge
 Dantι
 Geno
 Kirby
 Commander Shroob
  2 of my best friends. (Yes, the mouth is normally like that, irl for the first one.)
 A toad with a mustache
Then there's all of my work that you can see at Mario Madness. I'm not going to link, because I would probably get striked for advertising, so if you want the link, you can PM me.
I also now do sprites! Here's what sprites I do:
Pokιmon Trainers: 25 a piece, and 65 for 3
Recolors: Price depends on image
Pokιmon Splices: 20 a piece, 50 for 3
Normal Sprite: Depends on sprite
My examples of these are also at Mario Madness.

What do you mean how do you do this? Are you asking how I made the shop, how you order something, or how I sprite?

I use Scratch, because that's all I have without paying for something. It works really well, actually. It's easy to learn, too. But most people use the programs Plastic mentioned.
